Welcome to WALLIS SOLICITORS LIMITED. We are a legal practice specialising criminal defence litigation, military law, and prison law.

Our clients are drawn from throughout Gloucestershire and beyond. We serve as court duty solicitor on a regular basis at the Forest of Dean, Gloucester, Cheltenham and Stroud Magistrate Courts. In addition, we are on the 24-hour police station duty solicitor scheme for Gloucester Central, Cheltenham, and Stroud police custody suites.

Graham Wallis, the director of WALLIS SOLICITORS LIMITED is one of the few solicitors in Gloucestershire with Higher Rights of Audience in both the Crown Court and the High Court. Crown Court cases are either conducted by Graham Wallis or by Barristers based in Bristol. We work closely with several chambers in Bristol including Queen Square, Albion Chambers, Guildhall Chambers, and Unity Street Chambers.

We aim to provide a high quality, personalised service to all of our clients. We are available for consultation from Monday to Saturday each week, and provide a 24-hour call-out service for those in custody. Please contact us if we may be of assistance.
